Faq's

  • Simply choose your preferred Christmas drinks package and send an email to booking@purpleturtlebar.com. Our bookings team will then be in touch to confirm availability and finalise the details of your booking.

  • No! We only require a 25% deposit when booking. The remaining 75% is payable in person at The Purple Turtle on arrival, before your package drinks are served.

  • Deposits are non-refundable in the event of customer cancellation or non-attendance, subject to your statutory rights.

    However, if we're unable to accommodate your requested booking, your deposit will be refunded in full.

  • Of course! Our standard Christmas drinks packages are designed for groups of 10 or 20, but we're happy to discuss arrangements for different group sizes.

    Get in touch with our bookings team and we'll see what we can offer.

  • Please contact our bookings team as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

    Date changes and package amendments are subject to availability and must be agreed with our team.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for Fridays, Saturdays and larger groups.

    All packages and private spaces are subject to availability.

Faq's

Drinks & Packages

  • Yes! We offer a selection of optional drinks add-ons, so you can tailor your package to suit your group.

    If you have specific requests, please include them in your booking enquiry and we'll do our best to accommodate them.

  • Yes! Any alcoholic bottled beers included in your package can be swapped for non-alcoholic alternatives at no extra charge.

    Just let us know when booking so we can make the necessary arrangements.

  • We don't serve food at The Purple Turtle, so our Christmas packages are drinks-only.

    If you're planning to arrange your own catering, please contact our bookings team beforehand to discuss whether this can be accommodated.

  • If you've booked a private space and would like to bring decorations, please discuss this with our team beforehand.

    We'll do our best to accommodate your plans, provided any decorations are suitable for the venue and meet our safety requirements.

  • Your drinks package will be available once you've arrived, checked in with our team and paid the outstanding balance.

    Our team will explain how your package drinks will be served or redeemed on the night.

Faq's

Private Hire & Venue Information

  • Absolutely! We have private spaces available for Christmas parties, subject to availability.

    Indoor private space: Available on Mondays and Tuesdays.

    Heated outdoor private space: Available seven days a week, subject to existing bookings.

    Private space hire must be arranged and confirmed with our bookings team. If we're unable to fulfil your requested private space hire, your deposit will be refunded in full.

  • Our drinks packages do not automatically guarantee private space hire. If you're interested in reserving a private area, please mention this when booking so our team can discuss availability and arrangements with you.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee seating with our drinks packages.

    If you require a particular area or have any accessibility requirements, please get in touch ahead of your visit so we can discuss suitable arrangements.

  • Yes. The Purple Turtle is an 18+ venue, and all guests must bring valid photographic ID

  • There's always something happening at The Purple Turtle! From live music and resident DJs to our regular club nights, there's plenty to keep your Christmas party going.

    Entertainment will depend on your chosen booking date. Please check our Events Page to see what's happening during your visit.
